Trampoline Clinics
Bounce higher and tumble better with our Trampoline Skills Clinics! These 3-hour sessions focus on building strong foundations and advancing key skills in trampolining and tumbling. Participants will work on forward skills such as rolls and rotations, twisting techniques, and developing smooth routines and passes. We’ll also cover essential floor elements like handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, before progressing to backward skills, somersault workshops, and handsprings. Led by expert coaches, this clinic is perfect for athletes looking to improve technique, confidence, and performance in a fun, supportive environment.

WAG Clinics
Elevate your gymnastics with our WAG Skills Clinic! This 3-hour program is designed for athletes who want to refine technique and master essential skills across all apparatus. The clinic focuses on perfecting handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, while introducing progressions for leaps, jumps, and acro elements. Gymnasts will also work on backward skills, handsprings, and somersault variations, ensuring safe and confident execution.
