Hunter Sports Centre has been named a finalist in the 2026 Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards in the category of Outstanding Community Organisation.
This recognition celebrates the dedication of our team, our programs, and—most importantly—our incredible community.
The Lake Macquarie Business Awards highlight the very best of our local business community, recognising outstanding achievements across the region and encouraging excellence across Lake Macquarie City.
This year, 140 applications were submitted and thoroughly assessed by three experienced judges. Being selected as a finalist places us among the top organisations in our region, and we are incredibly proud of this achievement.
All finalists have also been automatically entered into the Origin Energy People’s Choice Award, the only category decided by public vote. The organisation with the most votes wins—and this is where we need your support.
