Warm up facilities
The facilities are uniquely situated with native bushland as a backdrop. The warm-up and practice facilities enable the Hunter Sports Centre to be certified as a world class 1 facility.
Athletes will be warming up in a quiet and focused space, close to the main track during events or an area for exclusive training, clinics, and athlete testing

SmarTrack
More than timing allows for high quality timing and step data for your athlete enabling performance diagnostics with real time results for runs, tapping, agility and jumps. Installed over 2x sprint lanes within the warm up area for lanes 2 & 3 with gates every 10m except for 70m & 90m*
Terms and Conditions
- Athletes are required to be supervised at all times
- Athletes, Officials and spectators must stay to footpath areas and not through field areas of play
- Safe throw practices are to be implemented
- Damages and loss of equipment or replacement is at hirers’ expense
- No ball sports to be held in the area during hire period
- Concurrent bookings of the facility permissible at HSC discretion
- Cleaning Fines are imposed if facility is not left in suitable manner
FACILITY HIRE – Fees & Charges
Facility is available for Hire only. The Hunter Sports Centre at their discretion, will open facility for casual usage if the main facility is closed due to bookings and closures.
