MAG - Men's Artistic Gymnastics
This is a selective program, if you are not an existing participant or have not been requested to move into this program please do not book into this class.
MAG is a dedicated men’s gymnastics program for boys and young men looking to compete in one of the worlds toughest and most competitive sports. As a tier 1 Olympic Sport gymnastics is admired over the world for its beauty, difficulty and sheer amazement in how people can train their body to achieve incredible skills most cannot even dream of doing.
In men’s gymnastics there are 6 events (apparatus) that are competed; Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar.
The pathway through to joining MAG is via our ‘Boy’s Junior Development’ program. MAG has a minimum training commitment of 2 training sessions per week and increases as they progress.
Membership Information
2026 Annual Competition Registration Fee:
Level 1-2 $145.00
Level 3+ $160
Recommended Training Sessions
Level 1-2: 2 x sessions
Level 3-4: 3 x sessions
Level 5+: 4 x sessions
Competition takes place throughout the year with communication regarding each event distributed approx. 10 weeks prior to each event.
Beginner level events (Level 1-2) will take place within the Hunter region whereas level 3-6 will be based in the region and in Sydney. Level 7+ events are predominately in Sydney.
