Our group fitness program offers a wide variety of classes for every fitness level and ability. From high energy cardio inspired workouts, to conditioning strength focused sessions, with HIIT offerings, mobility/rehabilitation style classes and much more, our exceptional group fitness program will leave you wanting more.

Autumn Group Fitness Timetable

 Our Autumn timetable has been carefully refined to elevate your training experience, shaped by valuable member feedback and designed to better suit your routine.

Alongside subtle improvements to class times and flow, we’re introducing three premium new additions:

  • Mat Pilates – A controlled, low-impact session designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance movement quality.
  • Bootcamp – A high-intensity, results-driven workout combining strength and conditioning in a motivating group environment.
  • Core Fit – A targeted class focused on developing core strength, stability, and functional performance.

This updated timetable delivers a more balanced and considered approach to training, helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

About the Class: BoxFit – Boxing Fitness – Freestyle boxing classes are based around functional movement patterns, designed to develop aerobic fitness, co-ordination and muscular endurance. Punch, duck and weave your way to a new you

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training – A proven method of high exertion and quick bursts of energy mixed with short recovery. Our HIIT classes are designed around large movements, providing a total body workout in an efficient and effective session.

This challenging, upbeat workout combines slow and controlled movements, functional exercises, and high intensity conditioning. Our S&C classes are designed to develop strength and aerobic fitness.

Express – Blast – A quick, short and sharp, 30-minute class with a HIIT focus. Bring your energy, break a sweat and release those endorphins. Ready to take on the challenges for the rest of your day.

GEMs – Gentle Exercise and Movement – An entry level, very low impact class that is ideal for the more mature population. A workout ideal for over 60s to target bone health, balance, muscular strength, posture, mobility and functionality. This class utilises various equipment and basic exercises to challenge the body and the mind. A perfect option for seniors and those just getting started in their fitness journey.

This class provides a combination of bodyweight and equipment-based resistance exercises, designed to improve the body’s overall strength while incorporating functional movements to increase mobility. A great option for lower-impact training, suitable for all ages.

FitStretch – Yoga Stretch and Flow – Feel longer and stronger with this yoga & pilates style flow class. The perfect blend of strength and flexibility to help enhance balance and mobility.

Step Fit is a high-energy fitness class that combines cardio and strength training using a step platform. Designed to improve endurance, coordination, and lower-body strength, this class features rhythmic step patterns, dynamic movements, and bodyweight exercises to keep your heart rate elevated. With adjustable step heights, participants can modify the intensity to suit their fitness level. Whether you’re looking to burn calories, tone muscles, or enhance agility, Step Fit offers a fun and challenging workout set to motivating music.
