Recreational Gymnastics
Junior Gymnastics 4 - 6 yrs
Junior Gymnastics is suitable for children aged 4yrs – 6yrs. Your child must be 4yrs of age or older to book into this class.
Our Junior Gym program provides children of all levels of physical ability the opportunity to engage in the sport of gymnastics at a recreational level. Participants are grouped by age and work through a structured program that concludes, with a skills based assessment. No previous gymnastics experience is required to participate in this program.
Stages: Red, Blue, Green, Bronze Medal
Gym Star 7 - 8yrs
Gym Star is suitable for children aged 7yrs – 8yrs.
Our Gym Star program provides children of all levels of physical ability the opportunity to engage in the sport of gymnastics at a recreational level. Participants are placed in groups based on the stage they are completing and work through a structured program that concludes with an assessment at the end of each term. No previous gymnastics experience is required to participate in this program.
Stages: Red, Blue, Green, Silver Medal
Gym Star Advance 8 - 10yrs
Gym Star Advance is suitable for children aged 8yrs – 10yrs.
Our Gym Star Advanced program is a transition program between our Gym Star and Junior development programs and our more advanced Gym Fun program. Participants in this class will have generally completed Gym Star stage 4 or one of our Junior development stages. Gym Star Advanced like our other programs has four stages before progressing into Gym Fun.
Stages: Red, Blue, Green, Gold Medal
